Accounts dashboard errors [12 February 2021]

Account dashboard page (https://account.squarespace.com/) not displaying correctly. Search causes page to ‘crash’ with a red error message similar to this:

If this error persists, contact Squarespace Support with the following error code: XXXXXXXx/YYYYYyyy.

This issue was reported to on 12 February at 20:48 GMT. Squarespace denied the issue until 18 hours later (13 February at 15:21 GMT) when they finally confirmed an issue with the account dashboard and then posted a message on their status page.

Updates provided by Squarespace (all times are in GMT):

20:58 [12 Feb] I'm not able to replicate this. It's possible that the issue you're experiencing could be related to your browser.
22:33 [12 Feb] It looks like the issue might be related to the number of sites you have on your account.
15:42 [13 Feb] I can confirm this is related to an issue with the Account Dashboard on our end. Our Engineering team is currently working towards a fix.
15:48 [13 Feb] The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
16:05 [13 Feb] We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
16:21 [13 Feb] This incident has been resolved.
10:10 [14 Feb] Ticket escalated. It may be up to several days before you receive a response.
10:32 [15 Feb] After further investigation, I can confirm this can occur for users with a large number of sites under their accounts. We’ve reported this to our Engineering team, and they’re currently prioritizing the issue.
