Forms with mandatory fields not submitted [12 February 2021]
When a Squarespace form is submitted, the mandatory fields are normally checked. If some fields are empty, red error messages are normally shown beside incomplete fields.
Due to a bug, the βSubmitβ button will continue to show βSubmitting..β. but the form will not submit and no error messages will be shown.
Squarespace acknowledged this issue at 02:20 GMT on 13 February: βI can confirm this is related to an issue on our end. Iβve reported this to our Engineering team, and theyβre currently prioritizing the issue.β
Squarespace resolved this issue on 14 February 2021.
