No access to password-protected pages [7 December 2021]

There is currently an issue with password-protected pages. Entering the correct password intermittently results in an error message showing that the password is incorrect, even though this isn't the case. 

I've found that a temporary workaround is to refresh the page and try again. This sometimes allows access.

The Engineering team are aware and are currently prioritizing the issue.
