Image filenames cannot be edited [12 March 2021]

It is currently not possible to edit the filenames of images after they have been added to an Image Block. When the Block Editor appears, clicking on the image filename area has no effect.

This is an issue on both Squarespace 7.0 and Squarespace 7.1
