Difficult to edit/delete first block in Product Additional Info [January 2022]

When editing the Additional information section within a product, it is almost impossible to make changes to the first block because the block's toolbar is obscured as shown below. For example, to delete a block when it is the first item on the page.

This affects both the new product editor and the 'classic' editor, on both 7.0 and 7.1.

This is in addition to the issue where the text formatting RTE toolbar doesn't appear. This has been an intermittent issue since November 2021.
