Changes to Form Submission Emails [21 October 2020]

Form submissions are now emailed from form-submission@squarespace.info instead of no-reply@squarespace.info.

The “sent from” caption was also moved so that it appeared at the top of emails instead of the bottom. The caption used to say “(Sent via Sitename)” but was changed to “Sent via form submission from Sitename” and appeared at the start of the email. This change was launched without notice.

Following complaints, the “sent from” caption has been removed from the inbox preview snippet.
