This reduced-price upgrade is available to customers who purchased a previous version of the Product Enquiry Form plugin for use on the same Squarespace v7.1 website. This upgrade is not compatible with older sites built on Squarespace v7.0. Your site version can be found by viewing the PAGES panel and scrolling down to the very end of the list.

Important Information

  • Website Lock:
    The updated plugin will be locked to the same site as your original order. It can’t be transferred to a different website. If you are building a new website, please purchase the full version.

  • Installation
    You’ll receive the updated plugin files and our latest installation guide. You should manually remove the old version and add the new one. If that sounds daunting, please add β€˜installation’ to your order and and we’ll handle it for you. We want to make it as easy as possible, so we’ve reduced the cost of installation.

  • Fulfilment timescales:
    We aim to supply upgrades within three working days, but turnaround times may vary depending on current demand. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they’re received. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer a rush or express fulfilment option for upgrades.

  • Subscriptions:
    We offer this plugin as a subscription (preferred) and as a one-off purchase.
