Rewording: 'Thumbnail' becomes 'Featured Image'

Squarespace has decided to replace the term ‘Thumbnail’ throughout the platform. These images will now be known as ‘Featured Image’ to bring the terminology inline with industry standards and to avoid what Squarespace term as “user confusion”.
