Form Block name inputs not aligned when error shown [29 October 2021]

When a Form Block has a ‘required’ Name field and a user does not complete it, the error message appears in the wrong place, causing the two inputs (the boxes) to be shown on separate lines, confusing users.

This was reported to Squarespace on 29 October 2021.
