Blog post comment changes

Squarespace have improved the way blog post comments work. From now on, the comment field on blog posts only appears on sites that have Allow anonymous comments enabled in Blogging > Comment settings.

Previously, if anonymous comments were not allowed, blog posts still had the comment field even though visitors could not comment.
